TIYULIM

At least once a month, we go out on a day trip, a "tiyul". All tiyulim include picnics or bar-b-ques. Following is a list of some of the tiyulim we may take each year:

  • Mount Hermon (optional sledding or skiing).
  • Gamla ("the Massada of the North").
  • Swimming in the Kinneret (Sea of Galilee).
  • Tiberias (Davening at the burial sites of the Rambam & Ramchal ).
  • Hiking from Tsfat to Meron (Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai).
  • Amuka (grave of Rabbi Yonasen Ben Uziel - daven for your match).
  • Other various hikes in the Tsfat vacinity, and van day trips to interesting sites in the Galil & Golan.
  • Shabbaton to Yerushalayim
  • And more!

Students are encouraged to travel to friends or relatives in Jerusalem or other locations in Israel.
